DEVLOG 3: NO TIME!

Whelp! It looks like I won't get Hugton Loves You done in time for the deadline.

What happened? I got less done on the weekend than I'd hoped for - not unusual for a game jam! I probably won't get a chance to do much jam work next weekend (which I already knew), but then something came up which means I probably can't do Hugton work on Thursday either. On top of that, I messed up my timezone conversion when I first looked at the jam deadline, so I'd been thinking the jam finishes a day later than it actually does. 

Add all that up and I'm about 3 days behind where I need to be. So I'm already in the situation I talked about in the first devlog where I'm considering switching from Hugton Loves You! to a less work-intensive project.

BUT! I'm still going to work on Hugton for at least the next couple of days to see if I can't turn things around. At the very least I want to get all the engine stuff in and the script written - for me, those two things are the big 'hump' that dissuade me from working on something. Once those are done the rest is easy work, and I can finish up post-jam if I need to.
